Refund Policy
1. Current Status
We do not have a return/refund policy in place right now, but we are actively working on setting one up. Please contact us via WhatsApp or Instagram before placing an order if you have concerns regarding returns or refunds.
2. Order Cancellation
Once an order is placed, it cannot be cancelled.
3. Damaged or Incorrect Items
As per our Shipping Policy, if you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 6 hours of delivery via WhatsApp or Instagram with photos/videos, and we will assess the issue on a case-by-case basis.
